I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Life Science and a minor in English from Queen’s University in May 2024. Currently, I am doing research for a non-profit called Prevent Cancer Now. I have extensive tutoring experience, having worked through programs like Licensed to Learn and Queen’s Gaels Tutors. I’ve tutored high school and university students in various subjects, including calculus, chemistry, biology, and English literature.
In addition to my tutoring experience, I've served as a Camp Counsellor at various camps, and Program Director at Camp Kadimah, where I worked with children aged 6-16. This has equipped me with the skills to create engaging learning experiences and adapt my teaching methods to fit each student's individual needs. I’m excited to support your child’s learning journey!

Bonjour! My name is Tara. I am a permanent Core French and Prep elementary teacher at a public school in YRDSB. I love my job! I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature and a minor in Psychology from Western University in February 2021. I then graduated from Western's French Teacher’s college in June 2023, with specialty in French as a Second Language. This allows me to teach and support students in both Core French and French Immersion schools, from Grades 1 to 10. I grew up attending French Immersion and continuing my studies in French undoubtedly increased my passion for the French language and culture. I have always loved working with children; I spent my summers being a camp counsellor and a swim instructor at various camps. Through my extensive experience, I understand how to adapt and accommodate learning to each student's individual needs. I am looking forward to working with you!

Sarah's Success Story
Aaron transformed my daughter's academic performance. The personalized attention and support helped her feel so much more confident. Aaron is the best!

It's not an overstatement to say that working with Aaron has changed our lives. His approach to education fosters a safe environment for kids to make mistakes and ask questions. Concepts that are considered "hard" or "confusing" are tackled with positivity and empathy. He can quickly assess how a kid learns and delivers lessons in a way that breeds comprehension and, more importantly, confidence. I hear my daughter laughing when she defeats Aaron at one of his math games and I see her smiling when she solves a problem on her own. Bottom line: Aaron is one of the best investments in our daughter's learning that we've ever made.

I cannot recommend using this service enough. These are genuine people with an authentic desire to effectively help in any way they can.

Solve for X: Pandemic + Teaching Changes + X = Success in Math
After a number of inconsistent school years,
we found the foundational math skills needed for ongoing success were not where they needed to be for our 10-year-old daughter. In order to develop not only her skills, but also boost her confidence, we hired Aaron. Doing so has proven to be an excellent decision. He's kind, calm, and has been instrumental in helping our daughter recognize success in math. He truly is the X factor in our learning toolkit!
